Drop Scones
Delicious and simple breakfast or canape recipe. Gluten free buckwheat flour gives these drop scones a delicious taste. Serve with sour cream, soft cheese, jam or peanut butter (my daughter eats peanut butter on everything)
Ingredients
2 eggs
170g buckwheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
300ml milk (cow / rice / soya)
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp oil

Method
1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl
2. Add the other ingredients and mix until a thick batter is formed,
3. Heat oil in a frying pan and drop a tbsp of batter
4. Fry until golden brown on one side and then flip to the other
