Zesty Rice Pudding
Delicious fresh rice pudding. Makes a great pudding, and left overs always taste even better the next day!
Ingredients
300g pudding rice
2 1/2 pints milk
70g sugar
1 tsp lemon or orange zest
cause ground hazelnuts (optional)

Method
Rinse the rice
Add the milk and bring to the boil
Simmer for 20 mins
Remember to stir regularly, to ensure pudding doesnt burn
Sprinkle with cause ground hazelnuts
