Pear Cup Cakes Gluten & Dairy Free

Pear cupcakes have never been easy, simply add all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk, then bake. A perfect recipe for those over ripe pears - gluten free and dairy free too

 

 

Ingredients
100g gluten free flour
50g soft golden caster sugar / demerera
4 tbsp sunflower / vegetable oil
2 tbsp golden syrup
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp xanthan gum
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
2 pears, peeled & grated

Method

Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix with an electric mixer! - divide mixyure into 12 cucake cases and bale for 20 - 22 minutes on 190C
