Vanilla Biscuits Shapes

Fun to make biscuits with a delicous vanilla taste, ideal for gluten free lunch boxes
 
Ingredients
100g margarine (or butter)
100g golden caster sugar
1 egg
275g gluten free plain flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp of vanilla essence

milk if needed
Method

1. Beat the margarine with the sugar

2. Add the egg and a handful of flour and mix

3. Add the rest of the flour and mix

4. Add milk if necessary to bind the mixture into a dough ball

5. Roll out onto a floured surface and cut out biscuit (about the £1 coin thickness)

6. Bake 190°C for 10 mins

7. Ice and decorate
