Tortilla Wrap (Juvela Gluten Free Fibre Mix)

 Tortillas using Juvela Gluten Free Fibre Mix - the mix contains gluten free flour, dried milk and other baking ingredients to give you perfect results every time

 

Ingredients
For the Tortillas:
150g Juvela Gluten Free fibre mix
150ml water (approx)

Filllings
---------
Cheese Ham Tomato Filling: (share filling between each tortilla
4 thick slices of ham
4 thick slices of tomato
4 thick slices of mozzarella cheese

Tuna & Sweetcorn Filling:
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
185g tin of tuna in olive oil
100g sweetcorn

Cheese & Mango Chutney Filling:
2 spring onions sliced finely
2 slices of mature cheddar cheese
4 tsp mango cutney
Method

1. Put the Juvela gluten free fibre mix in a bowl and slowly add the water to form a dough - ensure it doesnt become sticky.

2. Knead the dough in the bowl or onto a floured surface until a smooth dough ball is formed

3. Cut the dough into 4 equal bakks and shape into a ball.

4. Roll out until a thin disc shape is formed

5. Dry cook in a hot heavy based non stick frying pan (without any fat) for 1 minute on each side

6. Keep tortillas in a plastic sandwich bag to keep them soft

7. Choose your filling and layer the cheese then the other ingredients in the centre of the tortilla

8. Fold edges over to overlap and form a square. Use a cocktail stick to hold the tortilla together

8. Oven bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until filling is piping hot
