Easy and tasty gluten free bread recipe - a mix of flours for a perfect load
Ingredients
410ml water
3 eggs
3 tbsp sunflower or olive oil
1 tsp cider vinegar
330g white or brown rice flour
85g tapioca flour
85g cornflour
2 tsp zanthan gum
1 tsp salt
25g sugar
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Method
Add all the ingredients into your breadpan in the order listed
Start your machine on the gluten free listing if available or basic white loaf setting
After 5 minutes, scrape down the mixture from the side of the pan to ensure all ingredients are being mixed
NB - it is helpful to have all ingredients at room temperature to help the yeast
