Happy Kids With Healthy Bodies

Lemonade with a few options

Delicious and tangy lemonade, very refreshing on a summer's afternoon, easy for the kids to make and add their special touch
4 lemons
1 litre water (try sparkling water for a fizzy lemonade)
100g caster sugar

1. In a 2 litre jug, add the lemon juice,water and sugar.

2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved

3. Chill and serve with ice



Pour into a tall glass 3/4 full, add/pour orange juice or pomegranite or cranberry juice slowly into the glass, this will add a funky cocktail effect - the kids will love it!


Hang sliced, lemon, oranges and limes, add a cocktail umbrella and straw
