Choc Pudding In a Mug

A quick gluten free pudding in a mug to please the coeliac and gluten free guest - WHAT a pick - me - up
1 egg
1tbsp cocoa powder (gluten free)
1/4 cup icing sugar

Crack an egg into a mug, add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder and a quarter cup of icing sugar. Mix well then pop in the microwave for 40-60 seconds. Serve in the mug with cream or ice cream. Easy and yummy
