250ml low fat creme fraiche
2-3 tbsp icing sugar (more if needed)
2 tbsp milk
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp lemon juice
1. Mix the quark, creme fraiche, icing sugar, milk, salt and lemon juice (You can add more milk if you prefer a runnier fool)
2. Alternate a tablespoon of mix with a tablespoon of berries in a glass to make layers
2b. Place the mix in a trifle bowl and spread the berries on top and serve direct to the table!
