Raspberry Chocolate Tart

The mix of dark chocolate and raspberries makes this a delcious dessert for the whole family with a naughty twist for the adults
195 g pastry or use our recipe
3 tbsp of raspberry jam
100g dark chocolate
75g butter, room temperature
100g caster sugar
50g ground almonds
3 medium eggs
1tsp vanilla essence
200g raspberries
2 tbsp framboise

1. Heat the oven to 180C

2. Create a pastry base - try our fab Gluten Free pastry recipe here

3.  Roll the pastry and line a flan or pie dish and cover with the jam

4. Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a pan of boiling water

5. Cool slightly and add the chocolate, butterm sugar, almonds, cocoa, egg yolks and vanilla, plus2tbsp water mix well

6. Spoon over thabse and bake for 20 - 25 mins or until  farily set and then cool for 30 mins

6. Top with raspberries for the kids OR mix the raspberries with framboise and allow to sir for 10 minutes and then spoon over each slice of tart
